About me!
Hi there! I'm Khylimei, or you can just call me Tsuri or Juli!
I like to draw Touhou mainly but sometimes I make fanart of other fandoms as well. Feel free to talk to me! I'm very shy myself but I'd love to make new friends!! (´・ω・`)

I'm not a very big shipper for Touhou, but if you want to know some ships I like, its mokosumi, koganue, renmerry, remipatch, seishin, etc!
I also like BL ships too aside from yuri so you might see some occasional retweets. I recommend that you don't follow me if you don't like seeing that.

- Can I use your art as my icon?
As long as you don't claim it as yours, yes you can. Credit would be appreciated, however!
- Can I repost your art on [insert site here] ?
You can repost it as long as you credit properly (Artist name + link back to original post). However, if I have already posted on the same website, please refrain from reposting. I would prefer if you ask for my permission first so I know where my art is going.
- Can I use your art for a video?
If it's for an MEP, no. I don't want my art to be edited and used for projects like that.If it's just for a song on Youtube with a still image and no editing, just a credit is fine.
- Can I make a meme out of your art?
🅱️lease no,,,,,,,,,,, unless ur showing it to me directly for Funnies but seriously please don't use them as a reaction pic or stuff like that.
- I saw someone reposting your art without credit / on a site where you already posted.
Please do let me know so I can kindly ask them to take it down!

Terms and Conditions
Artist will have the right to upload commissioned works onto social media. *Note: A watermark will be included in the artworks that are uploaded.Artist will retain rights to the artwork.Client may use the commissioned works for personal use. (Icons, headers, etc)Client may repost the artwork on their social media but the artist must be credited.Client MAY NOT use the artwork for commercial use.

Procedure
Sorry there's so much to read, I promise this is the last wall of text!
1) Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you would like to ask for a commission.
For any other inquiries, you may either DM me on twitter or e-mail me!
2) Please include the following details in the e-mail:
Style: A? | B?
Additional character: Yes (How many?) | No
Background details: For "simple", I will only include simple gradients or patterns. Any other background will fall under the "normal" category.
Character reference(s): Please include at least ONE reference image..
Commission details: Please provide a description of what you want to see OR provide a rough sketch of your idea.

3) Once I have accepted your commission, half-payment must be done upfront. I will reconfirm the amount to be paid in the e-mail.
To send the payment, click on "send" after logging in to Paypal and PLEASE BE SURE to select "USD" for "Recipient gets", and select "No address needed" for "Your shipping address" as it is a digital commission.
4) If I have received your half payment, I will start working on the sketch. The sketch will be sent to you so that you can let me know what to change if needed. Once approved, I will proceed with the artwork and no longer accept major changes to the picture.
5) When I'm done, I will send a preview of the final artwork, and will only give the high resolution artwork once the full payment is made.
